North Star Impact Coaching (NSIC) was born from the merger of two mission-driven practices: Restoratively Speaking, founded by Nehemie "Neh" Moïse, and Thought Partner Solutions, founded by Jamal “Jay” Jimerson. Together, we combined decades of expertise in social work, restorative practices, strategic planning, and leadership development to create a unique synergy that empowers nonprofits to thrive in an ever-changing landscape.

Our companies exist in harmony, united by a shared vision: to help nonprofits build their capacity, strengthen their leadership, and achieve transformational change. By uniting expertise in restorative practices and strategic planning, NSIC offers a well-rounded approach to leadership development that is both innovative and grounded in proven methodologies. NSIC operates as a for-profit social enterprise under Thought Partners, LLC, which allows us to reinvest our profits into our sister nonprofit, the Spark Leadership Academy (SLA).
